This is a public yacht party, and guests will be divided into three sections: the front side of the yacht, the upper deck, and the lower deck. Our team will assist guests on a first-come, first-served basis. During the fireworks display, all guests will have ample space to enjoy the fireworks.

- There is no specific dress code requirements. Please wear attire that is appropriate and respectful.
Service Terms and Conditions
- Event Date:Â This booking is exclusively for the New Year Yacht Party on December 31, 2024.
- Booking and Payment:Â To secure your spot, you must book in advance and make a payment. Your booking is considered valid only when payment is made in advance.
- Contact Information:Â When making your reservation, please provide your name and contact number.
- Ticket Resale:Â It's important to note that reselling tickets is strictly not allowed.
- Boarding Time:Â Boarding will not be allowed after 8:30 pm, so please make sure to arrive on time.
- Outside Food and Drinks:Â Bringing your own food and beverages is not allowed.
- Food at the Event:Â The food served at the event cannot be taken away or delivered.
- Event Assistance:Â If you encounter any issues during the event, please inform the event organizers for prompt assistance.
- Acknowledging Risks:Â By attending the yacht party, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks and hazards.
- Prohibited Items:Â Illegal substances, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
- Availability:Â The availability of the event is subject to change.
- Booking Confirmation: You can show you’re booking confirmation on a mobile device or as a printed copy.
- Receipt of Confirmation:Â Following successful payment, you will receive your booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- Price Inclusion:Â The final price in your booking confirmation includes VAT.
- Non-Exchangeable:Â This booking cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Single Use Vouchers:Â Each voucher can be used only once.
Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy
- In the event of event cancellations due to adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be processed within 21 working days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment channel that was originally used for the payment.
